MMA Trade ShowThe MMA Annual Meeting & Trade Show is the largest regular gathering of local officials in Massachusetts.

MMA members are elected and appointed officials who are responsible for the purchasing of the more than $6 billion worth of goods and services used by local municipalities. More than 98 percent of Massachusetts communities belong to the MMA.

The Trade Show, held at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, features more than 225 exhibitors offering products and services of interest to the cities and towns of Massachusetts. The Trade Show is an opportunity for exhibitors to meet with local government officials and decision makers in one location at one time.

Nonprofit/Government Rate: $1,000 per 8’ x 10’ booth

Room Rates and Hospitality Suites

Every Annual Meeting & Trade Show attendee receives a copy of the Program Book, the comprehensive guide to all the activities of the two-day event. The book includes display advertising and complete exhibitor listings.
