The City Solicitors and Town Counsel Association will hold the program “Real Estate Update: Acquisition and Disposition, What Municipal Counsel Need to Know” on May 26 in Westborough.
This will be a presentation on practical acquisition and disposition tips and issues under Chapter 30B. Presenters will include Barbara Hansberry, general counsel in the Office of the Inspector General.
Community board members, administrators, staff and others involved in real estate acquisition and disposition are invited.
The meeting, to be held at The Chateau, will begin at 6 p.m. with a reception, followed by dinner and the program, ending by 9:30 p.m.
