The MMA has recently become aware that a company is portraying itself as a representative for the MMA’s hotel accommodations during the 2012 Annual Meeting & Trade Show in January.
The MMA has not outsourced this function.
Again this year, the host hotel is the Sheraton Boston. All hotel room requests should be directed to the host hotel.
